Medical coding is the transformation of healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes. Diagnoses & procedure codes are taken from medical record documentation from a physician's note, laboratory and radiologic results.

You do not need medical experience to get into the Medical Coding Field. However, if you do not have experience, you will get your CPC-A (Apprentice) until 2 years have been met. Our Certificate of Completion will give you 1 year of experience, which will show you have 1 year of experience.

Registration is open daily. When you're ready to start your CPC Class, you just choose your date, complete the registration form, pay your nonrefundable deposit and then the process will begin. This is a study at your own pace class, not an Instructor led class. You choose your study schedule.

As an AAPC Approved Instructor, we teach the AAPC PMCC CPC®. We offer 2 class options: 6-month Study at Your Own Pace Course 4-month Limited Study at Your Own Pace* (*4-month Limited Course only comes with CPC Training Book Bundle for material) We also offer monthly CPC Review Classes. This class is for anyone who hasn't successfully passed the CPC exam and needs assistance with passing. (This class starts monthly, held on Saturday mornings 8a-12p eastern time.)

The cost or our CPC Online classes ranges from $750 to $2,199. After your nonrefundable deposit of $375 is paid, your remaining payment can be made by using the following: *AfterPay (bi-weekly or monthly) *PayPal (bi-weekly or monthly) Please note monthly payment for both payers is upon credit approval from payers. OR *Flexxbuy Financing (there is an additional 5% financing upcharge that will be added to class price) OR *Pay in Full *(Non-refundable deposit goes towards class price which is non-transferrable to a new class date & there is a card processing fee attached to all invoices).

Our success rate with students who complete our course and attain their CPC certification is 86%.

Our two online class options are CPC Class 6-months or 4-months, study at your own pace. Monthly extensions are available (for an additional fee $59.99). The CPC Review Class is held monthly on Saturday mornings 8a-12p, eastern time.

Once you've registered paying your nonrefundable deposit; your invoice will be sent to you within 24-48hrs and will have to be paid in 7 days before forfeit of nonrefundable deposit. Please note start date cannot be changed. All medical coding books will be ordered and will be shipped to you from AAPC Warehouse once remaining invoice balance is paid (please allow 7-10 days for shipping). Blackboard access will be initiated, please allow up to 7 business days for access. *You will receive a Welcome Email within 24hrs*
